Don't know who this W JONES but he doesn't know what he's talking about. There a FIRST RATE co. There people are friendly and knowledgeable.Sounds to me like he's looking for something for free. There sales dept will give you a great deal so why go any where else.

We bought a tritoon from Ark. Marine a couple years ago and have been very pleased, both with the boat and with the service. They are always very friendly and accommodating and they do good work (we had them winterize it and install some new speakers). I would definitely recommend them.

Great boat buying experience! Really friendly and down to earth staff and owners, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Searched several other dealers in state and out of state for the boat we purchased and nobody could even come close to the price they quoted us from day one.
